Open to District II Early-Career Fellows and Junior Fellows

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Friday, August 15th, 2025
Back by popular demand is the Saad Khalil Memorial Quality Improvement Poster Challenge, created to celebrate the critical role physicians play in quality improvement and patient safety.
The Challenge is open to all District II Early-Career Fellows (those who are Fellows for 8 years or less) and Junior Fellows (current residents or those who’ve completed residency but haven’t yet passed ABOG board certification exams) and is designed to recognize those who have utilized quality improvement science to implement a QI project.
Participants will be invited to display their work at the Saad Khalil Memorial Quality Improvement Poster Challenge during the Annual District II Meeting on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge.
Projects will be judged by the District II Task Force on Awards with the winner receiving a $500 cash prize, generously donated by Susan Khalil, MD, FACOG.
